Grass America Zargen 400-Pair Pack6136 21-5/8" Drawer Profile Set, 4-5/8" H, White, 22703-12

One Kit, Both Sides: The Zargen 6136 Integrated Slide and Drawer Side at 21-5/8 Inches

The Grass Zargen 6136 is an integrated drawer side and slide unit in White at 21-5/8 inches, sold as a matched left-hand and right-hand pair. The side profile and running gear are one engineered part, so the drawer box assembly starts with a working slide already built in.

Key Features

• Left-hand and right-hand members included — both sides ship together as one set, giving you a complete drawer pair in a single order.
• Integrated slide and side profile — the runner is engineered into the side wall, so there is no separate slide to mount or align.
• 21-5/8 inch (550mm) nominal length — a mid-range depth that suits standard base cabinets and desk pedestals.
• 4-5/8 inch side height — a substantial profile that supports taller drawer boxes for deep pot drawers or file drawers.
• 100 lb weight capacity — rated to carry a fully loaded kitchen or shop drawer.
• White finish — a clean, neutral interior finish that coordinates with painted and laminate cabinet interiors.

Where the Integrated Side-and-Slide Design Pays Off

Traditional drawer construction requires mounting a separate slide to the cabinet, then building the box to fit. With the Zargen 6136, the slide is part of the side profile from the start. That changes the sequence: build the box around the Zargen sides, attach the cabinet members, and the travel geometry is already resolved. This is especially useful in production environments where shaving steps off each drawer box matters, and in tall drawers where a 4-5/8 inch side height gives the box enough wall to handle the load without reinforcement.

The 21-5/8 inch length puts this set in the range for standard 24-inch-deep base cabinets and similarly proportioned desk or wardrobe drawers. It pairs naturally with Zargen system accessories — front fixings, cover caps, gallery rails, and hook dowels — that are all designed around this platform.

Metal Construction and White Finish

The Zargen 6136 side profiles are formed metal, which keeps the wall thin while providing the structural rigidity that supports a 100 lb load rating. The White finish is a factory-applied coating applied to both the inner and outer faces of the profile. Inside a white or light-painted cabinet box, the Zargen sides disappear into the interior rather than reading as a visible hardware element. For a coordinated look, Zargen system accessories in White are available to match.

Fitting the Zargen 6136 Into Your Build

This set covers one complete drawer: a left-hand drawer member and a right-hand drawer member. Cabinet members are a separate Zargen component and must be ordered to complete the installation. The Zargen system is engineered as a closed platform — front fixings, locking devices, and rear brackets are Zargen-specific parts and do not interchange with other drawer system brands or series. Shops building multiple drawers should confirm the full component list before placing a cut order, since Zargen accessories are matched to this system by design.

The 4-5/8 inch side height suits kitchen pot drawers, deep pantry pull-outs, and file-depth drawers where a lower-profile side would restrict usable interior height.

Common Questions

A Drawer Side and Slide Built to Work Together

The Zargen 6136 left-and-right drawer member set removes the guesswork of matching a separate slide to a separate side, letting the box go together faster and land square the first time.
