White Epoxy Zargen Drawer Side and Slide for Painted and White-Interior Cabinets

The Grass Zargen 6136 drawer side and slide combines a 4-5/8 inch steel side profile with an integrated slide in a White Epoxy finish, giving cabinet shops a matched drawer system component sized for 18 inch cabinet depth. Sold as a box of five sets — each set includes both left-hand and right-hand members — this SKU suits production runs where interior color consistency matters as much as the structural spec.

Key Features

• White Epoxy finish keeps drawer interiors cohesive in painted or white-laminate cabinets without a separate finishing step.
• 100 lb weight capacity handles loaded kitchen, bath, and shop drawers at a production-grade rating.
• 3/4 extension opens the drawer to approximately three-quarters of its depth, the standard for most utility and storage applications.
• 4-5/8 inch side height suits standard drawer boxes and fits comfortably within typical cabinet openings.
• Integrated slide design combines the steel side profile and running gear into one engineered unit, eliminating the separate slide installation step.
• Box of five sets packs production quantities into a single order line for high-volume cabinet shops.

Where the White Finish Earns Its Place

White interior cabinetry — painted face-frame kitchens, laundry rooms, bathroom vanities, and closet systems — demands hardware that disappears into the box rather than creating a visible contrast. A raw steel or dark-finished slide stands out through the drawer gap and undermines an otherwise clean interior. The White Epoxy finish on this Zargen side-and-slide unit matches the drawer interior tone so the hardware reads as part of the box, not as an afterthought. For shops running a consistent painted-white program across multiple cabinet types, pulling this SKU from a single stock box keeps color matching off the pre-finishing checklist entirely.

Construction and Slide Geometry

The side profile is formed steel at 4-5/8 inches tall, spanning 17-3/8 inches in length — the nominal 18 inch system size. The 3/4 extension means the drawer opens to roughly three-quarters of its depth; that is the correct spec for this slide, and buyers who need full access to the back of the drawer should select a full-extension Zargen variant instead. The 100 lb capacity is rated per set at this extension class, covering the practical load range for kitchen drawers, bath pull-outs, and general storage without requiring a heavy-duty upgrade. Each set comes handed — left-hand and right-hand members pair together for one complete drawer.

Who Orders This SKU

Cabinet shops running white or painted kitchen programs are the natural fit here. The integrated side-and-slide format shortens assembly time compared to pairing separate drawer blanks with a side-mount slide, and the White Epoxy finish removes a finishing decision from every build. The box-of-five quantity suits mid-run production rather than single-drawer prototyping or repairs; shops building dozens of painted cabinets in a batch will work through a box quickly. Designers specifying Grass Zargen systems for white-interior applications can call out this SKU knowing the finish and capacity are production-matched.

A Finished Interior, Built Into the Hardware

When the cabinet interior is white and the drawer system should be too, this Zargen 6136 side-and-slide kit removes the guesswork — the finish, the capacity, and the production quantity are all resolved in one stock item.
