100 lb Capacity and a Compact 4-5/8 Inch Profile in White Epoxy

This Grass Zargen 6136 drawer side and slide kit pairs a 4-5/8 inch white epoxy metal side profile with an integrated 3/4-extension runner in a 15-3/4 inch nominal length. The set ships as one pair, covering left-hand and right-hand members, ready to form a complete drawer side assembly. It is sized for shallower drawer boxes where a full-height side would crowd the opening or conflict with the cabinet frame.

Key Features

• 4-5/8 inch side height — a low-profile metal side suited to shallow kitchen, bath, or utility drawers.
• 15-3/4 inch nominal length — fits cabinets built for a 16 inch drawer depth in the Zargen system.
• 100 lb weight capacity — rated per pair for everyday kitchen and casework loads.
• 3/4 extension — opens the drawer to approximately three-quarters of its depth, keeping the runner compact and the price efficient.
• White epoxy finish — a clean, durable coating that coordinates with white-interior cabinet boxes.
• Includes both left-hand and right-hand members — one box of five sets completes five drawers.

Where This Side and Slide Fits

The 3/4-extension runner opens the drawer to roughly three-quarters of its nominal depth — enough reach for everyday items stored toward the front and middle of the box, without the added cost of a full-extension mechanism. This makes it a practical choice for bath vanity drawers, small utility pull-outs, and secondary kitchen drawers where complete rear access is not required. Buyers who need to reach the full back of the drawer should select a full-extension variant in the Zargen line instead.

The 4-5/8 inch side height suits applications where vertical clearance inside the cabinet is limited — shallow upper-cabinet drawers, thin-rail face-frame openings, or any run where a taller profile would reduce usable interior space. At 15-3/4 inches, the nominal length targets cabinets with a standard 16 inch interior depth in the Zargen sizing system.

Metal Construction and White Epoxy Finish

The side profiles are metal with a white epoxy coating — a surface finish common in production cabinet lines and repair work where the interior of the box needs to match existing white hardware. The epoxy layer is factory-applied for consistency across a run. Box quantity is five sets, so a cabinet shop running a batch of matching drawers can pull one box and have hardware for five boxes without sorting mixed finishes.

Who Orders This Configuration

Cabinet shops building painted or white-laminate drawer boxes at volume are the primary buyers here — the five-set box quantity matches a small production run, and the white epoxy finish eliminates any finish mismatch inside the cabinet. Designers specifying a white-interior look for bath vanities or utility closets will find this profile height keeps the visual weight light. Contractors replacing hardware on existing Zargen installations can match the original side height and finish without sourcing a custom part.

This is an indoor product for standard casework environments. It is not rated for exterior or high-moisture applications.

Five Drawers, One Box, One Finish

For shops running white-interior drawer boxes at 16 inch depth, this Zargen configuration delivers consistent finish, matched left-and-right members, and a 100 lb rated pair in a compact 4-5/8 inch side height — five sets per box, ready to build.
