Grass Zargen Drawer Side and Slide Kit for White Painted Cabinet Interiors

The Grass Zargen drawer side and slide kit pairs a 4-5/8 inch metal drawer side with an integrated slide in a 22 inch nominal length, finished in White Epoxy for a clean match inside painted or white-interior cabinet boxes. Each polybag contains both the left-hand and right-hand sides, giving shops everything needed to build one complete drawer.

Key Features

• 100 lb weight capacity — rated to handle loaded kitchen, bath, and utility drawers at full build.
• 3/4 extension — brings the drawer out to practical reach while keeping the slide profile compact and economical.
• 4-5/8 inch side height — a mid-profile side that suits standard single drawers without dominating the cabinet opening.
• White Epoxy finish — a durable factory coating that matches white-painted cabinet interiors and melamine drawer boxes.
• 22 inch nominal length — fits standard base cabinet depths and is the system's common production length for kitchen and bath work.
• Polybag packaging — left-hand and right-hand sides arrive together as one complete drawer set.

Where This Drawer System Fits

A 22 inch nominal length suits the 24 inch deep base cabinets standard in kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms. The 3/4 extension opens the drawer to practical reach for everyday contents — utensils, linens, toiletries — without the added cost or mechanical complexity of a full-extension runner. For drawers where complete rear access is not a working requirement, 3/4 extension is the efficient choice. The 100 lb capacity covers typical household loading without over-specifying hardware for a light-duty application.

Build Quality and Finish

The Zargen side profile is formed metal, combining the drawer side and runner into one integrated unit rather than a wood box set onto a separate slide. White Epoxy is a baked-on factory finish — not a paint applied in the field — so it arrives on the job with a consistent surface that holds up to the cleaning cycles and humidity of kitchen and bath environments. The finish is matched across the Zargen program, so sides, backs, and accessories ordered in White stay visually consistent throughout the cabinet interior.

Who Orders This Kit

Cabinet shops running white or two-tone interior programs reach for this kit when the specification calls for a coordinated interior look without upgrading to a premium double-walled system. The polybag format is production-friendly: sides arrive as a matched left-and-right pair, reducing the chance of mismatched components on a high-volume run. Designers specifying painted-interior cabinets get the White Epoxy finish coordination they need, and contractors installing pre-built cabinets benefit from the straightforward Zargen mounting system already familiar on the job site.

A Coordinated Interior, Start to Finish

Specifying the same White Epoxy finish across sides, backs, and Zargen accessories keeps the cabinet interior consistent from the front fixing back to the rear panel — a detail that matters on open-front or glass-door cabinets where the drawer interior is visible.
