A Clean Ice Finish Railing Built for Nova Pro Scala Drawers

This is the 14 inch (350mm) rectangular side railing from Grass America's Nova Pro Scala drawer system, finished in Ice. It runs above the drawer side profile to raise the effective interior height, retain tall contents, and carry a taller front on a low-profile box — all while keeping the cool, coordinated look the Ice color family delivers across Nova Pro Scala builds.

Key Features

• Ice finish pairs with the Nova Pro Scala Ice drawer side profiles and interior components for a unified build.
• Rectangular railing profile provides a flat inner face that works with the Nova Pro Scala's gallery accessories and divider hardware.
• 14 inch (350mm) length matches the Nova Pro Scala 350mm nominal length system components.
• Side railing format mounts along the drawer side to increase usable interior height above the base profile.
• Grass Nova Pro Scala system part — engineered to integrate with Nova Pro Scala drawer sides, not a universal aftermarket rail.

Where This Railing Fits the Job

A side railing extends the functional wall height of a Nova Pro Scala drawer box without switching to a taller side profile. That makes it the right choice when the cabinet depth is already set at 350mm and the application calls for more containment — a deep pot drawer, a pantry pull-out with tall bottles, or any box where the base profile height alone would leave contents unsecured. The railing also supports taller drawer fronts on low-profile box configurations, a common choice in handle-less kitchen designs where a tall slab front defines the look.

Finish and Construction

Ice is one of the Nova Pro Scala coordinated color families, offering a cool off-white tone that reads as clean and contemporary in white or light-painted kitchens. Grass produces this railing to work visually and mechanically with the Nova Pro Scala Ice drawer side profiles and Tavinea Optima interior divider components in Ice, so the inside of the drawer looks intentional rather than assembled from mixed parts. The railing's rectangular profile also means it sits flush against accessories that clip or mount to the gallery level of the system, rather than requiring adapters or workarounds a round profile would create.

Who Orders This Rail and When

Cabinet shops specifying Nova Pro Scala in a 14 inch depth reach for this railing when they need more interior height than the base profile provides. Kitchen designers finishing a handle-less layout in an Ice palette use it to keep the interior color-matched from the front fixing to the back of the box. Contractors completing a Nova Pro Scala install who need to add a railing or replace a damaged one will find the 350mm length and Ice finish necessary to match what is already in the cabinet. This is a system part, not a generic accessory — it belongs on Nova Pro Scala builds in the Ice colorway.

Match the System, Finish the Drawer

Specify this Ice side railing alongside your 350mm Nova Pro Scala components and the interior stays cohesive, the contents stay contained, and the drawer delivers what the design calls for.
