Ice Finish Side Railing That Keeps the Nova Pro Scala Interior Looking Intentional

This is a 26 inch (650mm) rectangular side railing set from Grass's Nova Pro Scala drawer system, finished in Ice. It mounts along the drawer sides to raise effective wall height, retain taller contents, and deliver the clean, coordinated interior look the Nova Pro Scala platform is designed around.

Key Features

• Nova Pro Scala platform match — engineered for this system's side profiles, not a universal rail.
• Ice finish — a crisp, light neutral that pairs with white and light-tone cabinet interiors.
• 650mm (26 inch) nominal length — sized to the 26 inch Nova Pro Scala drawer configuration.
• Rectangular profile — a flat-faced railing with clean sightlines from above and the front.
• Gallery railing function — adds height above the drawer side to retain contents without adding a taller side profile.

Where This Railing Fits the Job

A gallery railing serves drawers where the standard side height is not tall enough to keep contents stable. Deep pantry pull-outs, wide pots-and-pans drawers, and tall-bottle or produce drawers benefit from a railing that holds things in without demanding a taller box. The 26 inch length is matched to the Nova Pro Scala 650mm nominal-length drawer, so the railing and sides travel together without overhang or gap. This set is the practical choice when the cabinet depth calls for a 26 inch configuration and the contents need containment the base side profile alone does not give.

Finish, Profile, and System Fit

Ice is a clean, near-white tone in the Nova Pro Scala color program. In a kitchen or bath interior trimmed in white laminate or a light solid, Ice railings read as part of the drawer, not as a separate hardware element. The rectangular cross section keeps the railing face flat and unobtrusive — no round rod to catch utensils or create visual noise. Because the Nova Pro Scala system is engineered as a matched set, these railings mount to Nova Pro Scala side profiles using that system's hardware. They are not interchangeable with other Grass platforms or other drawer system brands; always pair with the correct Nova Pro Scala components for this nominal length.

Who Orders This Rail and Why

Cabinet shops running Nova Pro Scala in a 26 inch cabinet depth reach for this railing when the build calls for taller effective walls on a slim side profile. Kitchen designers specifying handle-less cabinetry in a light palette choose Ice to keep the interior continuous with the door finish. Contractors doing a full kitchen install often pull railings as a separate line item once the drawer count and depth schedule is confirmed. The 26 inch size is common in standard base cabinet depths, making it a regular reorder for shops that stock Nova Pro Scala in one or two depths.

A Coordinated Interior Built to the Right Depth

Matching the railing finish and nominal length to the rest of the Nova Pro Scala build is what turns a functional drawer into a fitted interior — and Ice at 26 inches covers the most common base cabinet depth in a finish that works with light cabinetry across the board.
