Low-Profile Height and Full 100 lb Capacity in One White Drawer Kit

The Grass Zargen 6035 drawer side and slide kit pairs a compact 1-11/16 inch side height with a 100 lb load rating, giving shallow drawers the same structural performance as taller profiles in the Zargen line. At 20-1/16 inches nominal length, it suits medium-depth cabinets and ships in White Epoxy to coordinate with painted and white-laminate interiors.

Key Features

• 1-11/16 inch side height — the low-profile option in the Zargen family, ideal for cutlery and shallow utility drawers where a taller side would consume usable space.
• 100 lb weight capacity — full rated load performance despite the reduced side height, so shallow drawers carry real working loads.
• 20-1/16 inch nominal length — sized for medium-depth base and desk cabinets in standard kitchen and office casework.
• Metal construction with White Epoxy finish — steel sides finished in white to blend with painted interiors and white melamine cabinet boxes.
• Zargen drawer system platform — an engineered Grass system with matched fronts, back panels, and accessories designed to work together.
• Sold as a drawer side and slide kit — the sides and running gear arrive together as one unit, ready to complete a drawer.

Where This Drawer Kit Fits the Job

The 1-11/16 inch side height is the defining spec here. In a kitchen, that low profile is what separates a cutlery drawer from a pot drawer: the shallow side leaves maximum clear depth above the drawer bottom for flatware and utensils without eating into the counter-height stack. In home-office casework, the same height works well for a keyboard or accessory drawer positioned just below the desktop. Wherever the drawer opening is tight vertically, this profile fits without compromising the load rating buyers expect from a Zargen kit. The 20-1/16 inch nominal length suits standard 21 to 24 inch deep base cabinets, which covers the majority of production kitchen and office runs.

Material, Finish, and System Compatibility

The sides are formed metal finished in White Epoxy — a smooth, painted surface that reads clean inside a white laminate or painted cabinet box. The Zargen system is engineered so its sides, runners, front fixings, back panels, and cover caps coordinate by design. Accessories such as front fixing brackets, back panels, and Zargen-specific hook dowels are matched to this system and are not interchangeable with other Grass platforms or other drawer system brands. If your project calls for a deeper drawer or a taller side height, other Zargen variants in this family cover those combinations while keeping the same finish and platform architecture.

Who Reaches for This Combination

Cabinet shops running white-interior kitchens find this kit useful because it handles the cutlery position without a finish or load-rating compromise. Installers working on renovation projects that already specify white hardware and painted boxes appreciate that the White Epoxy finish avoids a visible contrast at the drawer opening. Home-office and built-in specialists use the low side height to fit drawers into narrower vertical openings — under-desk pulls, lateral-file bases, and shallow accessory drawers — where a standard-height side would not clear. For any of those scenarios, the 100 lb capacity means the drawer handles daily loading without being sized down for performance.

A Shallow Drawer That Does Not Cut Corners on Capacity

The 1-11/16 inch Zargen kit in White Epoxy at 20-1/16 inches gives the cutlery drawer, the keyboard pull-out, and the shallow utility position the same structural foundation as every other drawer in the run — without the wasted height of a taller side profile.
