Grass Zargen Drawer Side and Slide Kit for Painted and White-Interior Cabinets

The Zargen 6035 drawer side and slide kit from Grass America pairs a 1-11/16 inch metal drawer side profile with an integrated slide in a White Epoxy finish, suited for cabinet shops building clean, white-interior drawer boxes without separate slide hardware.

Key Features

• Integrated side-and-slide construction combines the drawer side profile and running gear into one unit, eliminating the separate slide pairing step.
• 100 lb weight capacity handles the load demands of standard kitchen, bath, and storage drawers.
• 1-11/16 inch profile height is a low-profile side well suited to shallow drawer applications.
• 15-3/4 inch nominal length fits common 16 inch cabinet depth configurations in production cabinetry.
• White Epoxy finish coordinates with white-painted interiors, melamine box panels, and thermoplastic fronts without the contrast of a steel or zinc profile.
• Metal construction gives the side rigidity and consistent geometry across a production run.

Where the Zargen System Earns Its Place

Cabinet shops running white-finish programs reach for the Zargen side-and-slide kit because it closes a common workflow gap: when the interior needs to stay white from front to back, a visible steel or zinc slide rail breaks the look. The White Epoxy finish on the Zargen profile carries the white through the drawer side itself, so painted or melamine interiors read as one consistent surface. The 15-3/4 inch nominal length targets shallower upper or secondary drawer positions where a longer 18 or 21 inch run would overshoot the cabinet depth. At 100 lb capacity, it covers the workload of most kitchen, bath vanity, and bedroom casework drawers without oversizing the hardware.

Construction and Finish Details

The side profile is formed metal, finished in White Epoxy. Epoxy coating on metal drawer hardware provides good adhesion and an even, durable surface that holds up to the light impacts of daily drawer use inside a cabinet. The 1-11/16 inch height is a low-profile dimension suited to drawers where interior clearance is tight or where the box construction uses a correspondingly shallow side. Because this is a Zargen system component, front fixings, cover caps, hook dowels, and other Zargen accessories are matched to this platform and are not interchangeable with other Grass drawer systems or other brands.

Who Specifies This Length and Height

Production cabinet shops ordering across a full Zargen program will pull this 15-3/4 inch, 1-11/16 inch white kit for the drawer positions where the shorter depth and low profile are the governing specs, typically upper drawers in kitchen wall cabinets converted to drawer banks, narrow bath vanity drawers, and secondary storage positions in bedroom or closet casegoods. Designers specifying all-white interior packages can call this unit as the hardware choice for those drawer runs without introducing a color break. Contractors finishing renovations where the existing casework is white and replacement hardware needs to disappear into the interior will find the White Epoxy finish the cleaner match versus a chrome or stainless slide.

The Right White for a Finished Interior

When the drawer interior needs to stay consistently white from box to front, the Zargen 6035 side-and-slide kit in White Epoxy keeps the hardware from becoming the one piece that stands out. Specify it for your 15-3/4 inch, low-profile drawer positions and build the rest of the Zargen set around it.
