White Epoxy Zargen Drawer Side and Slide for Clean-Look Cabinet Interiors

The Grass Zargen 6035 Drawer Side and Slide kit pairs a low-profile 1-11/16 inch metal side profile with its matching slide in a White Epoxy finish, giving cabinet shops a complete, color-coordinated drawer construction solution for painted and white-interior casework at a 22 inch nominal length.

Key Features

• White Epoxy finish on both side and slide — the profile and running gear arrive in one matched color, so the interior reads clean and consistent without mixing components.
• 100 lb weight capacity — rated to handle the load of a fully stocked kitchen or bath drawer at this nominal length.
• 1-11/16 inch profile height — a low-clearance side that maximizes interior drawer volume in applications where stack height is at a premium.
• Metal construction throughout — formed steel side profile delivers structural rigidity without the variation of wood drawer sides.
• 22 inch nominal length — the system length that determines runner, side, and accessory compatibility across the Zargen program.
• Zargen system integration — sides, slides, fronts, and accessories are engineered together, so this kit connects directly into the broader Zargen component ecosystem.

Where This Drawer System Fits

A low side height like 1-11/16 inches suits drawers where vertical clearance between drawer boxes is tight — stacked drawer banks, thin-overlay configurations, and shallow utility drawers in bath vanities or office furniture. The white finish makes it a natural choice for painted cabinet interiors, thermofoil-wrapped boxes, and white melamine casework where the metal side needs to disappear into the background rather than contrast with a light interior. At 22 inches nominal, this kit works in standard base cabinet depths and most desk-height drawer stacks.

Cabinet shops running production on white-interior jobs benefit from ordering sides and slides as matched kits rather than sourcing components separately — finish lot consistency is handled at the factory, not at the bench.

Construction and Finish Details

The side profile is formed metal finished in White Epoxy, a durable coating that resists chips and scuffs in daily shop handling better than painted or powder-coated alternatives. Epoxy finishes in this program are consistent run to run, so restocking mid-project lands the same white. The slide mechanism is integrated into the Zargen system, meaning the running gear is matched to the side profile rather than a generic rail dropped into a channel — the two components are designed to work as one unit.

Zargen front fixings, cover caps, and gallery rails are system-specific accessories. Components from other Grass drawer programs or other brands do not interchange with Zargen parts.

Who Orders This Kit

Production cabinet shops making white-interior frameless casework are the core buyer here — the kit format eliminates the step of matching side finish to slide finish across separate SKUs, and the 100 lb capacity covers the range of kitchen and bath drawer loads without requiring an upgrade to a heavier system. Designers specifying painted or white cabinetry who want the drawer box interior to present as a finished surface, not an exposed metal rail, will find the White Epoxy color keeps the hardware from reading as an industrial element. Contractors installing pre-built cabinet carcasses with existing Zargen runners will need to confirm the nominal length matches the installed system before ordering replacement sides.

The Right Kit for White-Interior Production Work

When the cabinet interior needs to read clean and the drawer loads fall in a standard kitchen or bath range, this Zargen 22 inch kit in White Epoxy gives shops a matched side-and-slide unit ready to drop into production without a color-matching step.
