White Epoxy Drawer Side Slide for Clean, Self-Closing Performance

The Grass Zargen 6036 drawer side and slide kit brings the Zargen drawer system's self-closing action and 100 lb capacity to a 3-3/8 inch profile in White Epoxy finish, sized at 13-3/4 inches nominal length. It is a matched metal drawer side and runner in one unit, designed for cabinet shops and installers building Zargen system drawers where a painted white interior is specified.

Key Features

• 100 lb weight capacity — supports a fully loaded kitchen or utility drawer at rated load per pair.
• 3/4 extension — opens the drawer to three-quarters of its depth for everyday access to drawer contents.
• Self-closing mechanism — a ramp-style close pulls the drawer shut over the last inch of travel; this is a positive, spring-assisted close, not a damped soft-close.
• 3-3/8 inch profile height — a mid-height side suited to standard kitchen and utility drawers.
• White Epoxy finish — a durable painted metal surface that coordinates with white-painted or white-laminate cabinet interiors.
• Zargen system integration — designed to work within the Grass Zargen drawer platform, pairing with Zargen-specific front fixings, back panels, and accessories.

Where This Drawer Side Fits Your Build

The 13-3/4 inch nominal length suits shallower cabinet runs — think base cabinet drawers in a bathroom vanity, a utility cabinet, or a smaller kitchen bank where full-depth cabinet boxes are not in play. The 3/4 extension opens the drawer far enough for daily-use contents like utensils, folded linens, or shop supplies, without the additional cost of a full-extension runner. If you need full access to the back of the drawer for deep storage or heavy-use shop drawers, a full-extension slide is a better fit for that application. This kit is well matched to frameless cabinet construction where the Zargen system mounts directly to the cabinet side on the 32mm grid.

Metal Construction and White Epoxy Finish

The side and runner are metal throughout, which is the structural foundation of the Zargen system — the metal profile replaces a wood drawer side and carries the running gear as one unit rather than mounting a separate slide to a wood box. The White Epoxy finish is a factory-applied coating over the metal profile. It holds up to the friction and handling of a working drawer and presents a consistent white interior face that blends with painted cabinet boxes. This finish is intended for dry interior cabinetry; it is not rated for damp or exterior environments.

Who Orders This Kit and Why

Cabinet shops running production on white-finish kitchens or bathroom vanities reach for this kit when they want the Zargen system's self-closing convenience at a mid-range profile height without the cost of a damped soft-close unit. Installers working on replacement drawer builds in existing white-interior cabinets will find the White Epoxy finish the practical choice for a factory-matched look. This is one size and finish combination within a broad Zargen family — the same system is available in other nominal lengths, profile heights, and finishes to cover the full range of a production drawer schedule.

A Consistent White Interior, Built on a Proven System

The Zargen 6036 side and slide kit in White Epoxy gives production shops a clean, self-closing drawer solution in the most commonly specified interior finish — at a profile height and nominal length that covers the everyday drawer in a standard cabinet run.
