This is the left-hand drawer member for the Grass 6610 series epoxy-coated Euro roller slide, in white. It is a single component, not a complete slide. The 6610 drawer member fastens to the bottom edge of the drawer side and rides in the matching 6610 cabinet member to form one side of a working drawer run. Order one left-hand and one right-hand drawer member, along with both cabinet members, to outfit a single drawer.
The 6610 drawer member is the component you screw to the bottom edge of the drawer box side. It carries the box on nylon rollers that run inside the matching cabinet member. This sold-as-each approach suits production shops that build members into a kitting workflow, replacement jobs where only one side of a drawer has been damaged, and operations that stock cabinet and drawer members on separate bins. The 16-1/2 inch length fits cabinets built around that interior depth — measure the interior front-to-back before ordering to confirm the match.
Steel construction with a white epoxy powder-coat keeps the member light, rigid, and color-coordinated with white-interior casework. The white finish is the right call for cabinets lined in white melamine or white-painted plywood, where a zinc or almond member would read as a visible line along the drawer opening. Because the 6610 series uses its own roller geometry and self-closing mechanism, these members must be paired with 6610 cabinet members and 6610-series rear sockets only. Do not mix with 6600 series members or sockets — they are not interchangeable even though both carry the Grass name.
Cabinet shops running white-interior production lines are the primary buyers: the member-level SKU lets a shop pull one left-hand drawer member from inventory rather than breaking open a full set. Renovation contractors replacing a single damaged slide half will also find this useful. The 6610 series is Grass America's bottom-mount roller platform, which means it is a natural fit for traditional frameless and face-frame casework where the slide tucks under the drawer side rather than mounting flush to it. For face-frame installs, confirm rear socket or bracket support is in place at the back of the cabinet before the drawer goes in.
This is the left-hand drawer member only — one piece. A complete working drawer requires one left-hand drawer member, one right-hand drawer member, one left-hand cabinet member, and one right-hand cabinet member, all from the 6610 series.
At full open, the rear few inches of the drawer box stay inside the cabinet. The slide does not bring the entire drawer out to the cabinet face — that is full extension, a different class of slide.
No. The 6610 and 6600 series use different roller geometry and are not interchangeable. Match 6610 drawer members with 6610 cabinet members and 6610-series rear sockets only.
The 6610 series uses a self-closing parallel ramp action — a positive, undamped close that pulls the drawer shut over the last portion of travel. It is not soft-close; there is no damper to slow the close to a silent landing.
Build the drawer box 1 inch narrower than the inside cabinet width to leave the required 1/2 inch of clearance on each side. The 6610 suits drawer sides from 1/2 inch (12.7mm) to 3/4 inch (19mm) thick.
Stocking this left-hand drawer member alongside its right-hand mate and matching cabinet members keeps white-interior cabinet runs moving without the waste of breaking full sets when you need only one side.
