Salice Excentra S 2 cam hinge is a concealed face frame hinge designed for 1-5/16 inch overlay cabinet doors on face frame cabinets. This hinge gives a clean, concealed look while supporting typical cabinet construction on professional jobs and serious DIY builds.
This Salice Series S face frame hinge provides perfect closing to any kind of door, so doors shut consistently across mixed door styles in the same run. The self-closing design pulls the door shut at the end of travel, which helps doors stay closed without additional catches.
The hinge opens to 106 degrees, giving wide access into the cabinet while keeping the door within a practical swing range for common kitchen and bath layouts. It is designed to work with cabinet doors up to 3/4 inch thick, matching standard residential cabinet door construction.
The cup depth of only 11 mm allows this hinge to be used on most door styles, which helps when working with thinner doors or routed profiles. As a concealed cabinet hinge in nickel, it fits the Salice America line carried by Wurth Baer Supply.
This concealed cabinet hinge uses a hinge cup edge drilling distance of 2.5 mm, so boring can be set up consistently across doors using standard hinge cup equipment. The shallow 11 mm cup depth means less material is removed from the back of the door, which is valuable when working with thinner stock or detailed profiles near the edge.
The hinge is designed for face frame cabinets with 1-5/16 inch overlay, so door sizing and layout can be planned around that overlay dimension. With slotted screw hole height adjustment at the face frame, installers have room to fine tune the fit after hanging the doors, which helps reduce rework on finished pieces.
Salice Series S face frame hinges provide perfect closing to any kind of door, which supports mixed-install projects where slab, profiled, or light door constructions share a single cabinet run. The hinge is designed to work with cabinet doors up to 3/4 inch thick, aligning with standard kitchen, bath, and utility cabinet doors.
As a concealed face frame hinge with 1-5/16 inch overlay, it suits layouts that call for a strong overlay presence on the face frame while still needing precise alignment. Excentra hinges with overlays of 1/2 inch and greater have zero door protrusion, so when the door is opened it does not project into the opening, which supports full use of interior storage.
The 106 degree opening angle offers access into the cabinet while staying practical for tight runs and corner conditions often found in built-in work. Because the cup depth is only 11 mm, this hinge can be applied on most door styles used in custom or shop-built cabinets without rethinking standard boring setups.
This 2-cam adjustable cabinet hinge provides the best side to side adjustment in the industry, so installers can deal with butt door problems directly at the hinge cams rather than reshaping doors or shifting face frame mounts. Cam lateral adjustment from plus 3.0 mm to minus 2 mm gives enough range to even out reveals between neighboring doors.
Cam depth adjustment from plus 2.8 mm to minus 0.5 mm lets the door move closer to or farther from the cabinet, which helps align door faces flush with drawer fronts or adjoining cabinets when walls or frames are slightly out. Slotted screw hole height adjustment of plus or minus 2 mm offers vertical fine tuning at the frame, which is useful for getting top lines straight across long runs.
All hinges are self-closing design, which means once the door passes a certain point in closing, the hinge draws it shut. This behavior supports consistent closing feel from door to door, useful in multi-hinge installations where doors must rest in the same closed position.
Excentra face frame hinges are designed to work with Salice Type U soft-close devices, allowing soft-close function to be added using dedicated components for projects that want a controlled closing motion while using this hinge platform.
The hinge is designed for 1-5/16 inch overlay on face frame cabinets, which sets door sizing and lets layouts use a generous overlay appearance.
The hinge is designed to work with cabinet doors up to 3/4 inch thick, aligning with typical kitchen, bath, and utility cabinet door construction.
The hinge opens to 106 degrees, giving wide cabinet access while keeping the door swing manageable in normal room and cabinet layouts.
The 2-cam system provides depth and lateral adjustment, which lets installers correct butt door problems, align reveals, and fine tune fit without relocating hinges.
For overlays of 1/2 inch and greater, zero door protrusion means the open door does not project into the cabinet opening, helping with rollout and interior clearance.
The hinge has all steel one piece construction with nickel plating, which resists corrosion and maintains appearance in typical kitchen and bath environments.
The Salice face frame hinge CSR3B99N combines 1-5/16 inch overlay, 106 degree opening, and a 2-cam adjustable design, so it suits projects that demand precise reveals and consistent closing. With 11 mm cup depth, 2.5 mm cup edge drilling distance, and capacity for doors up to 3/4 inch thick, it fits standard cabinet construction while giving adjustment range to correct real-world conditions. For Salice concealed face frame hinge work, this model offers a focused option for controlled overlay and zero door protrusion on applicable overlays.
