No. This is the right-hand drawer member only. To run one drawer, you also need a left-hand drawer member and the matching left- and right-hand cabinet members from the same 1805 series. Members from other series or brands are not interchangeable.
No. The 1805 closes on a mechanical ramp — push the drawer within range and it pulls itself shut. That is self-close. Soft-close uses a damper to slow the drawer to a silent landing; this slide does not have one.
This is a 3/4-extension slide. At full open, the back few inches of the drawer stay inside the cabinet. It does not bring the full drawer out to the cabinet face the way a full-extension slide does.
Yes. In a face-frame cabinet, the back end of the slide needs support from a rear socket or mounting bracket. Those are separate items and are specific to the 1805 series; parts from other systems will not fit.
